SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) describe how Skywalkn Made It (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging to communicate with you. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes;

Message frequency may vary depending on how you use our services and which options you select.

2. How You Opt In

• Submit your phone number on a form (such as our Tally or website forms) and check the box giving consent to receive SMS messages; or
• Otherwise provide your phone number to us and explicitly agree to receive texts about your booking system, account, or services.

By completing these steps, you confirm that you are the owner or regular user of the phone number provided and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages at that number.

3. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation text to verify that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us at that number, unless you opt in again.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to you or received from you. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier.

6. Supported Carriers & Delivery

Delivery of SMS messages may be subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and/or network operator, and is outside of our control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility & Responsibility

By signing up to receive SMS messages from us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you have the authority to consent to receive texts at the phone number you provide.

You agree not to use our SMS program to send unlawful or abusive content when replying to us, and you are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information so that messages are delivered correctly.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. The information we collect in connection with the SMS program is used in accordance with our main Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share customer information with third-party affiliates or parent companies for their own marketing purposes.
